Healthy Broccoli soup with mango sea salt
Simple Broccoli Soup for all the broccoli haters out there. It's simply delicious, even if you normally don't like broccoli. This is one recipe that will shake up your meal plan! Lunch/Dinner Serves: 4 Person Preparation time: 10 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Estimated time: 45 minutes Ingredients: Equipement: 1 kg Broccoli Saucepan 2 Onions Pan 1,5 l Water 3 Veggie stock cubes 250g Almond milk Mango Sea Salt Coconut Chips Instructions: 1. Prepare the stock Bring 1,5 l of water to boil. Add 3 stock cubes. Leave to dissolve over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Set aside. 2. Cut the broccoli Wash the broccoli and cut it into pieces. 3. Chop and stir in the onions Chop the onions and stir them in a heavy saucepan with 2 spoons of olive oil. Cook over medium then low heat for about 5 minutes, until the onions become translucent. 4. Add the broccoli and the stock Add the broccoli to the onions and cook them for about 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat. Cover with the stock and bring to boil. Cook until a knife can be inserted in the broccoli easily. 5. Process with a hand blender and season Out of the heat, process the preparation using a hand blender or a food processor. Season to taste with salt. 6. To finish and serve When ready to serve, for a crunchy pinch, combine with mango sea salt coconut chips. #recipe #mangoseasalt #broccolisoup

Classic Kimchi stew recipe with Original sea salt
Kimchi stew also known as Kimchi Jjigae or Kimchi Stew is probably the most common way of consuming some aged Kimchi. Kimchi Stew is one of the most loved dishes in Korea. It’s a warm, hearty, spicy, savory, delicious dish that pretty much everyone loves. As long as they can handle spicy food. (psst for spicy food haters, you can try brocoli soup or pumpkin soup !) Lunch/Dinner Serves: 2-3 Person Preparation time: 10 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes Estimated time: 40 minutes Ingredients: Kimchi & Others: 350gr aged (at least 2 to 3 weeks old) Kimchi, cut into bite size pieces if not already 1/4 small (30gr) brown onion, thinly sliced 1/2 stalk small (5gr) green onion, thinly sliced 2 small (50gr) shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, thinly sliced 150gr firm tofu, sliced into 1cm thickness rectangle 1 cup water Pook Original Sea salt Coconut Chips Base Sauce: 1 Tbsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) 1 Tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp Korean chili paste (gochujang) 1/4 tsp minced garlic 3 sprinkles ground black pepper Instructions: 1. Cook the Kimchi in a skillet until soft. 2. Put all the other ingredients (Kimchi, onion, mushrooms, tofu and the base sauce) except for green onion into the pot. 3. Boil the pot on medium high heat initially then reduce the heat to medium once it starts boiling. Cook further until the meat is cooked. Make sure the sauce is well blended into the rest of the ingredients and then add the green onion and turn the heat off. 4. Lunch/Dinner Serves: 6 Person Preparation time: 20 minutes Cook time: 60 minutes Estimated time: 1 hour 20 minutes Ingredients: Equipement: 1 kg pumpkin Oven 100 g butter (unsalted) Baking paper 500 g coconut milk Baking tray 200 g cold water Saucepan 50 g chestnuts in jar Pan 5 sprigs of thyme Mixing bowl 3 sprigs of rosemary 2 Ts coconut oil 4 yellow onions Pepper Salt Pook Original Sea salt Coconut Chips Instructions: 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C 2. Cut the pumpkin Cut the pumpkin in two and take out the seeds with a spoon. Cut into large cubes or large slices. 3. Mix the pumpkin with olive oil and rosemary In a mixing bowl mix the sliced pumpkin with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and the sprigs of rosemary. 4. Place in the oven for 40 minutes Place the slices or cubes on a baking paper on baking tray to roast in the pre-heated oven for about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes they have to be soft. 5. Make the coconut milk thyme infusion In a pan, heat the coconut milk. When it is warm, remove from the heat and add the sprigs of thyme. Let infuse for 30 minutes. 6. Sweet the onions Heat 50g of the butter in a heavy saucepan. Add the onions and cook over medium then low heat for about 10 minutes, until the onions become translucent. 7. Combine and simmer for 15 minutes Remove the thyme from the infuse coconut milk and add it to the onions with 200g of cold water. At a medium heat add the roasted pumpkin (without the sprigs of rosemary) and the chestnuts. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. 8.Process with a hand blender and season After 15 minutes, out of the heat, process the preparation with 50g of butter using a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 9. Then add in the parsley, coconut milk and chickpeas and cook for 10 minutes. 4. Lastly, add in the lemon juice and cook for 1 minute more. Taste, season with salt and pepper and serve warm. 5. Eines der bekanntesten thailändischen Gerichte und meiner Meinung nach eine der besten Suppen der Welt ist die thailändische Tom Yum Goong (ต้มยำกุ้ง). Was ich an Tom Yum Goong (ต้มยำกุ้ง) am meisten liebe, sind die Aromen von Zitronengras, Galangal, Kaffir-Limettenblättern, frischen thailändischen Chilis und frischem Limettensaft, die alle zusammen eine gesunde und beruhigende Brühe ergeben, die Ihre Geschmacksknospen zum Leuchten bringt. Wenn Sie eine fantastische und authentische Suppe auch vegan kochen möchten, probieren Sie dieses Tom-Yum-Suppenrezept. Vorbereitung 15 Minuten Kochzeit 15 Minuten Zutaten für eine Portionen - 300 g Gemüsebrühe - 100 g weiße Champions oder Gemüse nach Wahl - 3 Stängel Zitronengras, leicht zerdrückt und in 1-Zoll lange Stücke geschnitten - 2 Stück Korianderwurzel - 1 Stück Galanga - 2 EL Sojasauce - 2 EL Limettensaft - 1 EL Chilipaste - 3 Kaffirlimettenblätter, geschreddert - 1-2 Vogelaugenchilis, leicht zerdrückt - 1 Tomate - 1 Schalotte - 1 Bund Koriander - 100 g Kokosnussmilch oder teilentrahmte Kondensmilch Zubereitung - Die Gemüsebrühe in einem Topf zum Kochen bringen. Zitronengras, Galanga, und Korianderwurzel hineingeben. Ein paar Minuten kochen lassen.
- Die Tomate waschen, vierteln und entkernen. Die Schalotten schälen und längs vierteln. Die Vogelaugenchilis längs aufschneiden. Anschließend zu der Brühe geben. - Die Champignons putzen, vierteln mit Kaffirlimettenblätter dazugeben. - Den Koriander waschen und grob hacken. Die Limette halbieren und eine Hälfte in Schnitze schneiden.
- Zum Servieren in jede Suppenschale 2 EL Limettensaft und 2 Esslöffel Sojasauce geben. Die kochend heiße Suppe auf die Schalen verteilen, mit dem Koriander bestreuen. (Als eine Variation kann man, in die Suppe auch Chilipaste und Kokosnussmilch oder Kondensmilch geben, "Tom Yum Nam Khon"). Die Tom Yum sollte scharf, salzig und sauer schmecken. Dazu passt gedämpfter Jasmin Reis. Tipps: Limettensaft wird nur aromatisch, wenn er dazugegeben wird, erst nachdem die Suppe von der Hitze genommen worden ist.
